Before Thursday

Fifteen minutes now buys you the whole hour.

If you turn up with the scaffold already standing, we spend the session putting your business into it instead of watching a progress bar.

  1. Read the install guide. It is short and it assumes you have never opened a terminal.
  2. Install Claude Code and Obsidian. The guide walks you through both. You need a Claude subscription — Pro is enough to start.
  3. Unzip the starter kit and put it wherever you keep work. Open CLAUDE.md and put your business name at the top.
  4. Find your last five call transcripts. Do not tidy them. Do not format them. Just know where they are.

The one thing that matters: bring call transcripts. They are the densest source you own and the one nobody ever reads twice. Emails, docs and exports can all come later — transcripts are what make the first ingest feel like magic instead of admin.

Something not working? Don't burn an evening on it — bring it to the session. The first fifteen minutes are built for exactly this, and whatever broke for you has almost certainly broken for someone else in the room. Or reply to your receipt and we'll sort it.
